Age Grade Rugby in the East Midlands provides a welcoming and supportive pathway for young players from U6 through to U18, where everyone is encouraged to take part, learn, and enjoy the game.

Our clubs and schools create inclusive environments where players of all abilities, backgrounds, and experiences can develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of rugby in a safe and positive setting.

As players progress through the age grades, they experience the core values of teamwork, respect, and enjoyment. For those who wish to challenge themselves further, there are opportunities to take part in our Representative programmes, including the U16 Player Development Group (PDG), U17 Boys, and U18 Boys and Girls squads, bringing together players from across the region to develop their game while continuing to champion the values of inclusion, participation, and personal growth.
