There will be a ‘waiting room’ when joining the meeting so that we do not miss anyone for the list of attendees
The waiting room will be open from 1900hrs so please do not leave until the last minute to join – there is no need to sit in front of the screen if joining early but please help to speed up the process by identifying your club if appropriate
There is no limit on the number of individuals from each club that can join the meeting
However, for Item 9 (election of CBRDP Chairman) each affiliated club is limited to just ONE vote so the decision who will cast that vote will have to be made
Voting is limited to EMRU shareholders which are defined as the affiliated clubs and Executive Committee members
