The Government have recently issued guidance (details HERE) on a framework for a phased return to sport which is applicable from July 11th. The Return to Community Rugby Roadmap stays at Stage B but work has already started on the development of a Rugby Action Plan to take into consideration the risk factors of a contact sport and what modifications to the game that might need to be made but which will then have to be agreed by all health and government bodies involved.
