About the Role:

East Midlands Rugby Union are seeking a dedicated and experienced rugby coach within our U18 Boys Player Development Group program.

As an assistant coach you will need to work alongside the lead coach, existing coaches and Team Manager.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying young talent, developing their technical and tactical skills, and supporting their overall growth both on and off the field.

You will report directly to the Team Manager and Head Coach.

Travel expenses and kit will be provided, and the role is subject to a two-year tenure with a review and reapplication process.
