About the Role:

East Midlands Rugby Union are seeking a dedicated and experienced rugby coach to lead our U18 Player Development Group program.

As Head Coach, you will lead the coaching team, oversee squad selection, and implement a structured coaching programme.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying young talent, developing their technical and tactical skills, and supporting their overall growth both on and off the field.

You will report directly to the East Midlands Rugby Age Grade Chair and committee

Travel expenses and kit will be provided, and the role is subject to a two-year tenure with a review and reapplication process.
