About the Role:

East Midlands Rugby Union are seeking a team of dedicated and experienced rugby coaches to lead our U18 Girls Player Development Group program.

You will be working as a coach with a coaching team, with responsibilities to oversee squad selection, coach, and help implement a structured coaching programme designed by Head Coach.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying young talent, developing their technical and tactical skills, and supporting their overall growth both on and off the field.

You will report directly to the Head Coach for U18 Girls Rugby

Travel expenses and kit will be provided, and the role is subject to a two-year tenure with a review and reapplication process.
