Inclusion & Diversity Lead (Volunteer Role)

Help us grow a game where everyone can belong. We’re seeking a Inclusion & Diversity Lead to support our constituent body in making rugby more welcoming, representative, and inclusive.

You’ll work with clubs, volunteers, and partners to champion the principles of equality, inclusion, and diversity, encourage good practice, and help remove barriers to participation. By promoting respect, teamwork, and opportunity for all, you’ll play a key role in ensuring rugby reflects and serves the diverse communities in which we play, coach, referee, volunteer, and support the game.
