EMRU link up with VEO Technologies to offer Video Equipment to clubs

EMRU in Partnership with Veo are able to provide clubs with their ultimate camera for team sports. You will be able to record and live-stream your matches automatically and take your game hopefully to a higher level.

We have one demonstration camera available for Club use this season and bookings for games are for whole weekends covering both Saturdays and Sundays. The club will be responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment which needs to be covered by the clubs insurance policy for any damage or mistreatment of the equipment being loaned.

For more information and to be able to gain access to the Camera & Tripod you need to book an available slot with Martin Elliott on 07956 380143 or martin.elliott@m2integration.com

The equipment will be available from Wednesday evening for collection and needs to be returned by 6pm on the Monday evening following the weekend the equipment is loaned.

For any purchase of the equipment from Veo, EMRU are able to provide a discount code to hopefully help in any purchase.

For background into the exciting and mutually beneficial partnership, please see the press release below:

The East Midlands Constituent Body (CB) provides the link between the Sport’s Governing National
body – the Rugby Football Union – and the Clubs of East Midlands. East Midlands RFU ensures that
there is proper governance, funding, discipline procedures, facilities planning, safeguarding, training
and volunteering across the game in order to run and develop it.

Veo continues to develop strategic partnerships within Rugby across the UK and is delighted to
introduce its newest rugby partner East Midlands Rugby Union (EMRU). East Midlands aims to help
their clubs and schools provide and grow enjoyable fully inclusive opportunities in rugby in East
Midlands.

Veo aims to help EMRU with its mission by making advanced sports technology accessible to all
levels of the game through an easy-to-use AI-powered camera and analysis platform. The portable
camera allows coaches, players, and parents the opportunity to record matches and training sessions
automatically, while the analysis platform equips players with tools to cut highlights, tag players, and
create visual learning experiences to enhance player development.

EMRU is a relatively small constituent body geographically they have 42 affiliate clubs and over
21,000 players and over 50,000 members across their clubs and have experienced success on a
county level with their Bill Beaumont County Championship Division 2 in reaching the Plate Final and
winning the cup in 2016. They have also supplied players into the professional game who have
represented the home countries and playing in World Cup matches.

“We have some exciting plans for developing the game at all levels in the next few years in the clubs
and communities across the County. We look forward to working with Veo to help our Men, Women,
Boys and Girls across a wide standard of ability to improve their game, which ultimately will even
further enhance their enjoyment of our wonderful sport.”
Martin Elliott, Chairperson of Marketing & Communications EMRU

“We continue to partner with great strategic rugby football unions who see the impact that
our technology can have on rugby in their area. Veo supports and enhances club
development by giving players across all standards the ability to improve their game and
level up. We therefore look forward to working with East Midlands RFU to help advance
rugby in their region”.
Rosie Crampin, Partnership Development Manager, Veo Technologies
