After some consideration I am finding the workload as CB Safeguarding Manager and CB Rugby Safe Lead to be time consuming and feel I am not fulfilling the Rugby Safe Lead to its full potential.

Please access via the link below the job description for the Club Rugby Safe Lead and it will be your role to oversee these elements and report back to the CB / RFU. You will be the point of contact for the Clubs if they have any queries. There is a support system set up by the RFU with frequent TEAM catch ups and a TEAMS chat for queries.
