The Annual General Meeting of the East Midlands Rugby Union will be held on Wednesday 13th August 2025 at Northampton Mens Own RFC, commencing at 7.30pm.
The formal calling notice was issued on 30th July 2025 along with all papers.
All member clubs and sub counties are invited to send representatives.
