Coaching Risk Assessment
The RFU have provided a Coaching Risk Assessment template to support clubs with their return to play. As the government’s phased return of sport roadmap progresses, further risk assessments and guidance will be made available.

Club guidance for off pitch activity
Following publication of the return to Community Rugby Roadmap, the RFU are working on guidance for clubs regarding activities and facilities. The will provide an update on the progress of this work in the coming week.
AGM Proxies
The RFU AGM will be held virtually at 5pm on Friday 12th June. Please ensure that you log on tot he AGM Portal using the personal ID and PIN numbers included in your AGM notice. The deadline to appoint a proxy vote on your behalf is 4pm on Thursday 11th June. The AGM supporting documentation can be found below.
If any of your club members would like to observe the GAM, they may do so by logging on to the AGM Portal, selecting ‘I am a guest’ and providing the details requested. They will need an internet connection in order to view the online broadcast.

DBS recommences 1st July
Following discussions with DBS Service, the RFU have decided that they will re-open the DBS system Weds 1 July. As many sports and physical activities are resuming, as well as education settings, they believe they should provide RFU members, as well as the Disclosure and Barring service, with notice of a re-start date in order to manage an anticipated increase in applications.
